    • This stage ensures everything is perfect before production.

  • Step 3: Production & Delivery

    • Once approved, the ring moves into production (2–4 weeks).
    • The final piece is shipped (1–2 weeks) to complete the journey.

How long does a custom order take?

The full process typically takes 4–8 weeks:

  • 3D modelling: 1–2 weeks
  • Production: 2–4 weeks
  • Shipping: 1–2 weeks

How much does a custom ring cost?

Prices vary based on materials, complexity, and design details. Custom rings start at £150 ($190), and we provide a clear estimate before moving forward.

How does payment work?

Payment is made in two steps:
1️⃣ 30% deposit before we start the 3D modelling phase.
2️⃣ Remaining 70% is due once the 3D model is approved and the ring moves into production.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes! If you're not happy with the 3D model, the 30% deposit is fully refundable.
